Q: Are your dresses indentical to/ exactly like the originals in the pictures?
A: Our products are look alike recreates. Most of the dresses will be exactly like/ identical to the originals. Some very complex designs will be 95% to 100% like the originals. For those that are not 100% like the originals we will guarantee the look and feel are as close to the originals as possible. The structure and fabric will be the same and the quality is 100% guaranteed.

Q: I placed an order but didn't receive an order confirmation email from you?
A: Sometimes our email will be blocked or filtered as spam. It won't affect the order in anyway. After your payment is processed successfully PayPal will send you an email containing the Invoice ID, which is the order # at our website.

Q: Can I order more than one dress to try on and return those I don't like?
A: We are very sorry as most of the dresses are made from scratch according to customers' measurements we currently don't provide 'trying on' service.

Q: May I cancel my order?
A：Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, if the order is not shipped or being processed.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: If the dress is in stock it will arrive in about one week. For custom made dresses, please allow at least 3 weeks for the dress to arrive.

Q: May I see the pictures of the actual dresses you made?
A: As our collection is very dynamic and we only add dresses we can make exactly the same to our collection, we are not planning to take pictures of every dress in the near future.

Q: When I ordered my dress, your website said I was charged $180.  When the package arrived today, the address label said the "Total Charge" is ￥319.00. Did you overcharge me?
A: The Total Charge on the shipping bill is the shipping fee we paid the post office in RMB. We can not overcharge anyone as the payment was process by PayPal. We have no knowledge of customer's card # or any other financial info.

Q: Do you ship internationally? I live in xxx, do you ship to my country?
A: We ship worldwide (all countries and regions)  by express mail services, including P.O. boxes and military addresses.
