Return & Exchange

TheCelebrityDresses wants all our customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly. Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to wrong shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by TheCelebrityDresses within 4 business days of receipt of order.

Merchandise must be in new, unused condition.

Dresses custom made (custom sizes, or colors different from the color shown in pictures) are not returnable.

No credit will be issued for items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for any shipping related claims.

Used, washed, altered items is not allegible for a refund.

Buyer shall be responsible for the two-way shipping costs of all exchanges & returns unless TheCelebrityDresses is responsible for the exchange or return due to sending the wrong item.

A 30% restocking fee will apply for all returns.
