Q: I'm 4' 11" and in the photos that i looked at the waist of the dress looked like it was lower on the girls hips. Is there some way to make sure that the band will hit at the natural waist?

Great quality dress
This dress came in good time and was really good quality. I had it shorter so it wasn't full length (it came to just below my knees) and it still looked great. Really similar to the dress in the celebrity dress picture though the colour is slightly different and the top of the dress is quite high and isn't as well fitted as the picture with Vanessa Hudgens in but is a nice dress overall. I got a lot of compliments about it at my leavers ball.
