Q: would it be possible to shorten the train and cape so that they dont drag as much, but not get rid of them? and is the dress a mint color or a light blue?

my dress just arrived today and i am very happy with the dress! it is the perfect icy blue colour and the detailing on the top is very well done. shipping was withing 3 days and the price was reasonable, overall, i am very satisified!! customer support is also very helpful :)
