Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Robe de soirée scintillante 2016-Daytime-Emmy-Awards

I ordered this dress for my senior prom and I'm so excited to wear it! Shipping was pretty fast, only about a week. I ordered a size 6, even though I'm usually a size 4. I'm a 34D, 5'4", 130 pounds, and the size chart was accurate. When I took the dress out of the package, glitter got everywhere, and every time I try it on a bunch of glitter gets left on the floor. All the rhinestones and glitter on the fabric makes the dress pretty scratchy and rough, but nothing too bad, just a little uncomfortable. The top of the dress has no lining at all, so I need to find something to wear underneath or take the dress to a tailor to get it lined or something. The skirt is two layers, one beige and sheer silver on top. I think the original dress is just one fabric for the skirt, but the effect is so pretty that I don't mind. The dress isn't quite as silver as the picture makes it seem. The sparkly thing on the middle back strap of the original isn't exactly the same, it's just a rhinestone brooch in a diamond shape. And the rhinestone lines on the dress are a little bigger in person, but honestly I prefer it. The last thing I noticed is it's not as much of a ballgown as the original, but I'm planning on getting a crinoline or something to wear under it. I've only really focused on the negatives in my review but overall I love it, and for the price it's the prettiest dress you're gonna find anywhere ;)

SO I ordered this dress for my June prom. I did not have it sewn into my size (bad decision on my part) so I did have to get the back taken in and bottom hemmed. As directed, they did add a layer on the top so that it was not sheer. I loved the pockets and the material was 100% compared to picture. I was hesitant but this dress was beautiful.
Only down side is the shipping cost, the duties and fees. But it’s common with DHL to Canada.

I love this dress! It came in and my jaw dropped it was so gorgeous! And although I didn't have a date to my college's senior formal, I felt so beautiful nothing could have ruined that night! I had such an amazing time as well. It really looked like a $1,000 dress. Also I'm 5'6 and betwern 125-130 and it fit like a glove!

And dare I say both the dress and myself may have looked better than the original(;

This dress was absolutely perfect. It was everything I imagined and more. It is more grayish-silver than beige in the original picture. Extremely sparkly so be prepared for glitter to fall off everywhere you go. Still 10/10 dress so if you want this dress its a MUST HAVE. I got soooo many "you look like a princess" comments.

I loved this dress soo much. I got lots of compliments. The dress came in about 2 weeks.

I wore this dress for my Senior Prom and it was absolutely gorgeous! I was sup[er nervous at first in ordering online, but i think that it definitely paid off! I got so many compliments the whole entire night and everyone loved how much it glittered! I do have to admit, this dress does release a ton of glitter and even though I did custom sizing, i did have to get it tailored a bit more (but that was just my preference). The dress is a bit revealing with how open the neckline, but I was fine with it and was able to manage. Overall, the color that I purchased (champagne) was gorgeous and the dress looked exactly like the image. Felt and looked like a glowing princess the entire night!

This dress was so beautiful! I had my prom last night and I got so many compliments! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who asks!
