I bought this for prom and first things first...the quality of this dress was amazing! Especially because I was so nervous about buying a different color than the color pictured but everything worked out okay. I was really slack when measuring so the dress fit everything except my bust; there are bra inserts already in which would have been helpful had the dress not been too small in the breast area, so definitely if you buy this, make sure ALL measurements are accurate according to the sizing chart and if not just do the custom sizing. There is also about an extra 2-3 inches at the bottom so I was able to wear 5 inch heels with no problem. I bought this for prom so I ordered in the busy season and it took a slightly longer processing time than expected but I worked with customer service and upgraded to express shipping to get the dress on time with no issue. The biggest problem I honestly had was the fit, but that’s easily avoidable if you have precise measurements. Oh and you put the dress on like you would a coat with small snaps in the front....the snaps weren’t the highest of quality and one came off the first time I tried it on (there are two snaps) so I did have to get alterations to add better quality snaps to secure me for the night which is why in the pictures I’ve moved some buttons to line the front vertically; it’ll only come with the two horizontal buttons below the bust.
