DISAPPOINTING. IT ARRIVED TOO LATE. NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
Although this dress looks lovely I was not able to wear it for the wedding I ordered it for - as it arrived too late. I ordered it 4 weeks before the event and specifically said I needed it by 17th Oct and that post to Switzerland could be slow. Despite this, they did not ship it from ShangHai until 15th Oct (2 days before it was meant to arrive in Switzerland). When I cmplained they merely said it was in Paris. Not much use to me there - so I had to wear an old dress to the wedding. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and assume someone will be in touch soon to offer some compensation or, at the VERY least, an apology. SO far, am very disappointed with the service and the customer relations.
