1voteA: First off I had a terrible experience with customer service I never got an answer that was not an automated response. I ordered my dress march 12th and got it may 1st. I was told I would receive my dress by April 27th so I'd have it in time for my event I was told 4 weeks it took 7. Also the beading was horrendous it was not beading even it was a gem hard plastic belt glued to the dress. I ordered the dress without ruffles and it came with them. I will never order from this site again. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I also asked for the neck raised and no effort was made. The fabric was thicker and not as light and flowy as I wished. Very disappointing experience. And they review everything a customer says before putting it on the website so there is no bad feedback.
