Q: What are your return policies? This is a highly sought after dress and with no pictures of your own to prove you have made it identical I am hesitant to purchase . Can you either provide pictures of the gown you have made or guarantee that if it isnt identical that it can be returned for a full refund??

Q: Can you post a picture of someone wearing the actual dress? Most of the pictures are just pictures of the movie dress from the tour. Can you show the dress you are selling on a real person?

DREAMS COME TRUE
This has been a dream of mine for most of my life. I have gone through so many horrible situations trying to get this dress. The customer service people were so nice and helpful and really love making people at ease and happy. This dress is so well made and so beautiful. It looks exactly like the one in the movie and fits me like a glove. I could not be happier and I highly recommend them!

I cannot fault this dress at all. The quality is PERFECTION! I was scared to order from somewhere unknown but I do not have any regrets! I had a custom made colour, customer service was excellent and I received exactly what I asked for. Shipping was excellent considering it had to be made and shipped to the United Kingdom. Would definitely recommend buying from here!

J’avais de belles espérances en commandant cette robe, étant une fan de la première heure. Je voulais prendre cette robe couleur ivoire pour mon mariage et je ne suis pas déçue. C’est une belle reproduction et je m’attendais à la recevoir bien plus tard.
