Q: Hi unfortunately I have scars on my upper arms , so can you make long evening elasticated fingerless, unattached sleeve out of the same beaded material as on the top of this dress . I could send you a drawing of what I mean if it helps . Also is the top see through ? Can it be made without the long train and no padded bra, as I have big bust already ? Thanks
