Return & Exchange

We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for a refund or store credit.  Please contact us for the return instructions within 30 days upon receiving your item(s) if you want to do that.

  • Standard Dresses

A full refund or store credit for standard dresses.

  • Customized Dresses

A 50% restocking fee is applied for all returned or exchanged customized dresses. 

Notes:

1. For your reference,  a dress is considered customized when additional changes are made to alter the original style, the default fabric of the dress, or the dress is a custom size.

2. Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in a new, unused, and resalable condition.

3. For items with quality defects, (Plus) VIP customers can get a direct refund without returning goods, or we can make a new one for free.


Postage:

Customers are responsible for paying postage and duties (if any) for returns and exchanges. The expedited fee(shipping fee) is not refundable. TCD will cover up to a $15 postage fee for sending wrong items or items with obvious quality defects. 

 

Size Problem:

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you up to 40% of the product purchase price (excluding shipping cost). Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. A copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.
