This is my first time ordering from TCD. I was skeptical, but purchased through PayPal, so at least my purchase was protected.

1. Shipping was amazing! I ordered my dress and received it within three weeks.

2. I ordered the dress in a US size 16. I normally wear a 14 in dresses, however, reviews on other dresses say to go a size up. I'm glad I did. Even the 16 was a little tight in the mid-section and butt, but was quite loose in the bust (I'm a 36D). A little working out helped the midsection part as the dress already fits better a week later. But I still had to have it altered.

3. The slit is not near as high as the photo. The slit stopped below my butt, as opposed to being high on the hip. This would help for us Hispanic girls with bigger bottom. I had the slit made higher during alterations.

4. There is a design flaw in the bust. When I had the dress altered because the bust was too loose, we noticed the left side had a dart in it leading toward the center of my breast and the right side did not have a dart. This makes altering difficult because one side had the dart sewn in, and the other did not. This may leave you looking lop-sided.

5. The material of the dress was nice and heavy. The train was the right length.

Overall, not a bad knock off, but for the price paid (168.00), there should have been better work on the bust of the dress.

Once I get the dress back from the lady altering it, I will post comparison photos.
