Q: Is it possible to add straps to this dress, around 1.5cm - 2cm thick? And also to move the neckline slightly higher to accommodate the straps? If so, would there be any added cost? Thank you!

Great Dress!
I got this dress at my house a couple days ago. It is beautiful, i love it so much its made just like Selena's. Everyone is so jealous that i have it. They think its a lot of money. Can't wait to perform in it! Thanks but, shipping was A LOT of money.
